Event reservations & cancellations: Reservations for special Club functions such as Shoreside Committee Activities, the Annual Meeting and other functions where an accurate count of participants is necessary for planning or catering must be made at least three (3) days in advance of the event. Cancellations are permitted up to two (2) days in advance unless otherwise stated in the special Club function announcement. Members who cancel reservations after the deadline or do not attend the function for which they placed a reservation will be charged one-half the fee for the event.
