The Property Committee oversees all maintenance and routine improvements to real estate and appurtenances owned or controlled by this Club and makes recommendations thereon to the Commodore for consideration by the Executive Committee and submission to the Board for approval.

The Junior Activities Committee and the Shoreside Committee work together to plan, organize, schedule and promote a program of social events intended to maximize participation by Club members’ children and makes recommendations thereon to the Commodore for consideration by the Executive Committee and submission to the Board for approval.
