We are pleased to begin the racing season with the Frostbite racing on Sunday, April 18th and again on Sunday, April 25th. Our “Preview to Racing” Night will be on Wednesday, May 26th.  Wednesday nights “Sunset Series” racing will begin on Wednesday, June 2nd. 

As in the years past, volunteers from the Race Committee will run the Wednesday night Sunset Series. Again, this year, all Sunset Series races are open to the public, and all skippers with a valid rating certificate or class conforming one-design are invited to participate.

We will again be holding a series racing for the Stanton Trophy. The series events are the Demarest Lloyd Prusuit Race, the Horatio Brewster Pursuit Race, the 4th of July Race, the Whalers Race and the End of the Summer Regatta. Participation in the Whalers Race will be mandatory for the trophy and the sailor with the lowest combined score of any three races will win the trophy.

The racing season will end at the popular Annual Awards Night on Friday, October 22, 2010.
