In celebration of the 4^th of July, the New Bedford Yacht Club will host a 4^th of July PHRF Distance Race.

The PHRF classes will sail one 8-14 mile “Distance Race”. ONE DESIGN Classes may sail a shorter course using Club marks. The starting sequence will be the same as a typical Wednesday night start.

Start:Monday, July 4^th first gun 1255 hours, start 1300 hours, starting area will be in the vicinity of racing mark D “Delta”.

The event will be open to our regular Wednesday night classes.

If you are in need of crew, please do not hesitate to contact the Club. We have an active list of enthusiastic members, both young and old, looking to get out on the water.

The New Bedford Yacht Club welcomes all its members and friends to come out and join the fun.
