One design fleets will be accommodated upon request.</div> <bR> <div> First warning signal 1155 hours, first class start at 1200 hours. Starts will be inaccordance with RRS Rule 26, including language for staying clear of the starting line. </div> <bR> <div> Starting area will be in the vicinity of NBYC Delta.</div> <bR> <div> A completed entry form along with current PHRF-NE certificate must be submitted by Friday, September 18, 2009 to the NBYC office.</div> <bR> <div> Time limit will be 3 hours for first boat and one half hour for rest of fleet.</div> <bR> <div> Post race: Snacks and a member/cash bar will be available immediately after racing in the Rothschild Room.</div> <bR> <div> Trophies will be awarded at a date to be determined.</div> </tD> </tR> </TABLE></div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
