Once again we are pleased to welcome junior sailors, parents and coaches to our Club. We hope to make this year’s event the best ever. Please read the following instructions carefully to register for this event.

2009NBJR RESULTS WILL BE POSTED IN PDF FORMAT

• · Read Safety Check List (PDF)
• · Complete and submit online registration form/payment (online only)
• · Upon completion of online registration you will need to fill out and submit:
• · Medical Emergency Information Form A Medical and Emergency Form A 2009
• · Medical/Boat Compliance Release Form B Medical-Boat Compliance Form B 2009

Your registration will not be considered complete unless Form A and Form B are mailed or faxed to the New Bedford Yacht Club. Late fees will apply if all forms and payment are not submitted by the extended date of July 6, 2009.
